These Terms and Conditions apply to services provided by HelloYouVA (trading as Harrington Harper Marketing) (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide marketing and business support services, which may include audits, consulting, content creation, strategy, and related services.

The specific details, scope and pricing of services will be confirmed in writing or agreed prior to work commencing.

Client responsibilities

Clients agree to:

provide accurate information relevant to the services

respond to reasonable requests for information needed to deliver the service

review and approve materials or recommendations within a reasonable timeframe where required

Delays in providing necessary information may affect timelines.

Payment

Fees for services will be agreed before work begins.

Invoices must be paid within the timeframe specified on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, strategy work and consulting, refunds are generally not provided once work has begun unless otherwise agreed.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients may use deliverables provided for their own business purposes once full payment has been received.

We retain the right to reference work delivered in portfolio materials or case studies unless confidentiality has been agreed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to services provided will be limited to the amount paid for those services.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business or profits.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement where reasonable notice is provided, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any work completed up to the termination date remains payable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
